The Boat:
The Constellation is a modern 30m power catamaran. The cruise will be six hours duration. There will be a full open bar including champagne, quality red & white bottled wines, beers, spirits, and soft drinks. We will be offering you a combination of a Gourmet Buffet, Seafood Banquet & our Constellation waiters will be circulating platters from the Cocktail Menu. Our intention is to provide the largest quantity & highest quality of food, drinks and service. Our cruise host & DJ will keep you entertained between the fireworks & New Years Eve celebrations.
