Marc was absolutely amazing from start to finishing in helping me organise my hens party , he was super helpful and very quick to respond with every question I needed answering ,We travelled around on the boat Prometheus , it was absolutely perfect , Paul and the staff were so accommodating and made the experience one to never forget.I will definitely be using smart cruisers in the future.Thankyou so much for everything it is all very much appreciated.

My friends & I had an absolute blast of a day on the beautiful Champagne Lady catamaran boat for my birthday on New Year's Day!Due to having such a difficult date for a birthday, picking fun & affordable activities to do is always super hard... and even though I left it quite last minute, Marc was incredibly easy to reach via phone call and email, and his efficiency & kindness is absolutely spectacular!(thank you so much Marc!) I thought it wouldn't be possible to organise so quickly, and without breaking the bank, but Marc proved me very wrong!The Champagne Lady boat was absolutely stunning, spacious, comfortable and modern... felt like I was on an episode of Below Deck!! Sound system was also great.Our skipper, Flynn, was fantastic too! Cooked us a delicious little BBQ while we danced & swam. He was very kind and funny, all of the girls felt super comfortable and happy with him around, our ride was smooth and fun, and he took us to a gorgeous little bay to stop and swim at!My first birthday in 22 years that I've FINALLY been able to have fun at!!!! Thank you Marc, Flynn, Justin & all of the Smart Cruiser Sydney crew!!!10/10 would recommend to anyone who asks, and I will definitely be cruising with them again soon!

Flawless experience from start to finish.Marc was super responsive and helpful in finding the perfect boat last minute, and for a great deal too.The crew on board were awesome- made sure to give us our space, while also being available for anything we needed.Will happily use Smart Cruiser again, and highly recommend to others.

I surprised our team of 75 people with a Smart Cruisers Sydney harbour cruise, on the Aussie Legend, and they loved it! From the welcoming service, the delicious bbq, having a DJ on board, and the stunning views - it was so amazing! Marc was so great to deal with and very accommodating, especially with my many emails and phone calls when planning the event.A big thank you to Theo for sorting out the very last minute dietary requirements.

This is an unusual review as they had a great attitude with us after a bumpy start. After some communication breakdown (from both sides), our booking was booked for a different day. How would you feel with 15 people waiting for a boat just to find out the booking was wrong? However Sydney Cruiser staff went above and beyond to find another boat last minute for us. Everything went well in the end and the party was successful. I'm really grateful for how they solved the problem instead of playing the blame game. Really recommend - but double check the dates on your invoice.

We held a work event on Salt. We were met right on time. From the moment we stepped onto the boat until the end of the night we were waited on. There was so much food and the drinks kept flowing. Legit nicest captain! Joe was very accomodating and friendly which made the cruise more enjoyable! Boat was clean and they even did the bbq for us while we partied. Faye got in touch quickly to all my emails and supplied me with all the photos and quotes I requested. Would definitely recommend ♥️

Hosted a birthday party on the catamaran and it was an absolute amazing experience! The skipper on boat was very helpful and friendly, the condition of the catamaran was great. I had organised a cruise for my best friends hens party and it was the best thing I ever did.We honestly had the best time on the boat- the boat was clean and set up perfectly, the food was great and the staff George and Steve were very hospitable and just made our experience so much nicer, they were more than willing to accommodate any of our requests and I could not thank them enough.I would definitely book with you guys again and am more than pleased with my experience.
