Booking & Administration Fee
A Booking & Administration Fee applies to each booking and contributes towards the services involved in arranging and managing your charter, including consultation and vessel selection, quotation preparation, booking administration, charter coordination, supplier liaison and customer support.
The fee is based on the total booking value:
Under $5,000 — $40
$5,000–$9,999.99 — $75
$10,000–$19,999.99 — $100
$20,000 or more — $150 maximum
Customers who choose to pay by bank transfer receive a payment discount equal to the applicable Booking & Administration Fee, effectively removing the fee from the cost of their booking.
Please let us know before payment if you would like to pay by bank transfer.
